Pathanamthitta : As part of the “Thalachaykkanoridam” (A Shelter to Rest) project jointly implemented by SevaBharathi and the K. Chittilappilly Foundation, the key handover of the 78th house constructed in Kerala during the year 2025–26 was held on the morning of 15 March 2026. The house was built for Smt. Sathiyamma and her family of Panangad, Kulanada. The key was formally handed over by Adv. D. Ashok Kumar, District President of Sevabharathi Pathanamthitta, at a function presided over by Sri G. Santhosh Kumar, President of Seva Bharati Kulanada. Sri K. Radhakrishnan, Vibhag Sah Seva Pramukh of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, presented a Mangalapatram (letter of blessings) to the family. Sri P. Sreejith, State Secretary of SevaBharathi, delivered the Seva Sandesham (message of service).

The welcome address was delivered by Sujith K. R., Secretary of SevaBharathi Kulanada, and the vote of thanks was proposed by Soman K. R., Media Coordinator. The house has been constructed on the land generously donated to Sevabharathi Kulanada by the brothers — Sri Madhavan Pillai, Sri Gopalakrishnan Nair, and Sri Ganeshan Nair of Vadur Thengil, Kozhuvalloor.
